Artificial Flowers and Balloons
- All flowers sold by our business are artificial and are handcrafted with the utmost care.
- Our balloon arrangements are custom-made and created with high-quality materials to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Custom Orders
- All custom orders, including balloon arrangements and flower designs, are made to customer specifications.
- Once production begins, cancellations or modifications to custom orders are not allowed. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirmation.
- Custom orders may have longer processing times depending on the complexity of the design, and this will be communicated during the order process.

 

Responsibility for Product Care
- Upon receiving your product, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle and care for the flowers and balloons properly. We provide instructions for proper care, but once the item is delivered in good condition, we are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling or improper care.

 

Photography and Social Media
- We reserve the right to take photos of our designs before dispatching them and may use these photos on our website, social media, or for marketing purposes. Customer privacy will always be respected in this process.

 

Liability
- Our company is not responsible for any allergies, sensitivities or issues that arise from the materials used in our artificial flowers or balloons.

 

Balloon Float Time Policy

Our balloons typically have a minimum float time of 2 weeks. However, several factors can affect the duration, including:

  • Temperature changes (extreme heat or cold)
  • Humidity levels
  • Direct sunlight exposure
  • Contact with sharp objects
  • Indoor vs. outdoor placement

To maximize float time, we recommend keeping balloons in a cool, dry, and shaded area. Please note that float time may vary due to these conditions.
