- In the event of damage or defects, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with photographic evidence showing the condition of the product.
- If the damage or defect is verified, a refund will be processed as soon as possible.
- We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preference after delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges are allowed on any products, as each item is custom-made and cannot be resold.
